1. Share your story

Whether you've already broken sub-3 or you're on the long road towards it, we'd love to hear from you. What have you learned? What mistakes did you make? What’s worked for you that others should know? Would you be willing to share your experiences going sub-3 on a particular course?

You don’t need to be an experienced writer — just someone with something to say. If you’ve got an idea, we’ll help shape it. You’ll be supported by an experienced editor, and your piece will contribute to a growing body of knowledge built by runners, for runners.

2. Support the site

Sub-3 is an independent project — built around work, family life and training miles. It’s not run for profit, but we do hope it can grow enough to justify the time and effort needed to keep it going.

3. Sponsorship and advertising

We’re open to the right kind of partnership. That means sponsorship or advertising that genuinely adds value to sub-3 runners — no noise, no fluff, no hidden promotions.

We will never promote products or services we wouldn’t use ourselves, and any paid content or affiliate links will always be clearly disclosed. If we’ve been sent a product, book or pair of shoes to review, we’ll say so – and whether we choose to review it at all is entirely at the discretion of the editor.
